Pasture-Raised Meat, Direct from Our Family Farm

We sell our meat directly from the farm. Everything is processed at a USDA-inspected facility in Pennsylvania that we trust. If you have questions about how anything is raised or processed, just ask!

Beef

Beef

Truly grass-fed and grass-finished. Many beef operations finish on corn before butchering, but we don’t. Ours are pastured from start to finish.

Beef is sold by the whole, half, or quarter. Pricing is based on hanging weight. We typically butcher in the fall. If you’re interested, reach out in the summer to get on the list.

Chicken

Our chickens are pasture-raised. They’re outside on fresh grass with access to sunlight, a diverse diet, and room to move.

We raise chickens spring through fall. Chickens are sold whole. If you’d like to place an order, let us know in advance. We work on a pre-order basis, so reaching out ahead of time is the best way to make sure we can fill your order.

Pork

Pigs are natural foragers. They like the woods, they like to root around, and they thrive when they’re given the space to do it. We’re raising our pigs with that in mind.

Pork will be sold whole or half, once a year. Pricing is based on hanging weight. If you’d like to be notified when it’s available, reach out and we’ll add you to the list.

Common Questions

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before it’s cut and packaged. Take-home weight is typically 60–75% depending on how it’s cut. Pricing is based on hanging weight, which is standard for farm-direct meat. We’re happy to answer questions before you order.

Grass-fed means the animal was raised on grass at some point in its life. Grass-finished means it was on grass all the way through to processing. Many beef operations finish on corn because it accelerates growth, but we don’t. Our cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished.

We use a USDA-inspected butcher in Pennsylvania that we’ve worked with consistently and trust.
